Kristen Martinez

Design Department Manager

Kristen is a licensed architect who finds joy in tailoring vibrant and intentional design to best fit each client. She earned both a bachelor's and master's degree in architecture from the University of Cincinnati. While in school she also studied abroad in Copenhagen, traveling extensively throughout Europe. Her portfolio of work is broad, ranging from resorts and historic museums to contemporary multi- and single-family housing. She worked in Philadelphia, New York City, and Brussels before returning home to northeast Ohio.

 Kristen lives in Rocky River with her husband and two daughters where she serves on the city’s Board of Zoning Appeals. Her passion for design extends to gardening, drawing, and travel. With experience in resort, residential, and commercial architecture, both nationally and internationally, Kristen brings strong design sense and attention to detail to lead our design department team.
