Consultation
We will meet with your family to identify the needs, goals and expectations of your new home including desired location, design and project budget. If you decide to move forward, we will sign a design release to engage the architect and start the design process.

Architectural Design Agreement
To make the design process as seamless as possible, we play the liaison between you and the architect to create a cohesive design with all team members expertise. This saves you time and alleviates frustration knowing that your design is aligning with the inspiration you have shared.

Materials Selection & Interior Design
Our award-winning interior design team will lead you through an organized material selection process including detailed designs of your cabinetry. You will receive the attention you deserve to create a luxury end product that is truly a reflection of your personal style.

Pricing & Budget
Once we have a detailed architectural design and site plan, we will use your specific material selections to create an accurate budget for your review and approval.

Pre-Construction
We’ll submit your architectural drawings and purchase agreement to your financial institution of choice and simultaneously submit for permit. You will be introduced to your project manager and do a preconstruction meeting to review all steps of the construction process and answer any questions prior to construction.

Construction
Once financing is in place and permit is in hand, we will begin your beautiful new custom home in a timely and organized manner. With the use of BuilderTrend, our online builder software, you will be able to approve selections, track progress, and access important documents at your convenience.

Post-Construction
The detailed warranty and maintenance manual we provide at your final walk-through is your organized outline for the various procedures and schedules to protect your custom home and investment. We perform a 60 day, and 11 month walkthrough just prior to the expiration of our one year warranty. We stand 100% behind our workmanship.
