Typical day in the life as a Real Estate Consultant: 

• Continually use your sphere of influence to generate listings
• Create a high-end luxury listing presentation
• Hold a substantial listing inventory, including existing homes of Otero Signature Homes clients
• Create budgets and financials in coordination with Controller/CPA
• Identify residential and commercial properties for various ventures
• Perform Competitive Market Analysis on land or listing
• Attend real estate sales meetings at brokerage
• Host events at current construction sites/completed projects for Realtors in conjunction with Sales & Marketing Manager
• Maintain CRM
• Hold open houses

What are we looking for?

• Real Estate License preferred 
• Familiarity with industry real estate resources (MLSNow, LoopNet, DotLoop, local county auditors' sites, etc.)

Typical day in the life as an Interior Designer: 

• Developing master plans for the coordination of a variety of high-end residential projects
• Meet and determine the clients' design preferences and requirements (including budget requirements and/or allowances
• Uses of 3-D design software will be used to illustrate suggested design concepts throughout the project
• Coordinates with the field project managers to verify proper implementation of the design elements
• Applicant will include color schemes, style suggestions, floor plans of movable furniture, floor coverings, interior finishes (tile, counter tops, moldings, door styles, etc.) wall coverings, ceiling treatments, and selections for exterior finishes, light fixtures plumbing fixtures, and cabinetry 

What are we looking for?

• 2-5 years’ experience in residential or commercial interior design

Typical day in the life as a Residential Estimator/Purchasing Manager:

• Calculate quantities and costs of construction items for estimating of new home and renovation projects.
• Development and research of new trade partners and vendors
• Research material, labor, and equipment pricing for cost estimating.
• Enter, calculate and research data into computer utilizing specific cost estimating software programs.
• Assist in the scope of work of multiple trades to ensure nothing is missed for the project team.
• Assist field team in estimating substantial change orders

What are we looking for?

• Minimum of 3+ years’ experience estimating commercial and or residential construction projects.
• Familiar with current residential pricing/costs and cost coding 
• Must be experienced in quantity take-offs.
• Must have the ability to lead a project estimate.
• Must have the ability to read drawings and interpret specifications.
• Computer skills required – Microsoft Project, MC2, Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook), Bluebeam or equal, Chief Architect, Buildertrend, etc.
•  Knowledge of the Cleveland market is required.

Applicant will be working directly with the owners and design department to develop designs for the owners/sales to present to the client.  The ability to be organized, communicate effectively, and multi-task are essential to this role.

Responsibilities Include:

• Production of plans for single-family homes and remodeling projects

Qualifications

Typical day in the life as a Superintendent:

• Complete punch list task development by the project manager in a variety of stages of new construction and remodel projects
• Cleanliness of project
• Safety of projects
• Temporary protection of finished material 
• Procurement misc. material on an as-needed basis.
• Must be able to perform physical labor in a timely manner.

• Skills include carpentry, drywall, painting, misc. labor and minimal electrical and plumbing.
